Pericle is a game at the crossroads of new tech and oldschool gaming. The dream was to craft an experience that had the feel of the great legacy games and tabletop RPGs that we grew up playing - dice, maps, paper character sheets - and streamline the session with the help of a digital element. And so Pericle was born: an extensive, campaign-style story told through a game master app, but where players' fates are decided by a roll of the dice.

Meet Loremaster, Pericle's Game Master App

Loremaster doesn't need any time to prep the session - it's always ready! The Gathering Darkness campaign lives in Loremaster, so setup is simple when you're ready to play. Pericle's Game Master app tells the story, plays ambient music, and leads heroes through the treacherous journey. When the time comes for combat, Loremaster will indicate which tabletop map to use and where to place enemy figures.

Pericle: Gathering Darkness is a hefty game, weighing in at around 12 pounds. Each component was hand picked and thoughtfully crafted, from the original full-color maps to the double-sided acrylic character standees. Loremaster weaves the tale and displays painterly images to set the scene. Pericle's proprietary dice system shines as battles are won and lost over 60+ hours of campaign-style gameplay.
